Great to hear you're coming all the way across the country! I'm going to look for you. I'll know by your photo who to look for, but I trust you won't be bringing your "fish friend" .

Sorry it has taken me so long to find my way back here, Pam. I was at GA in 08 as a commissioner, and was absolutely fascinated! Eric Hoey is going to be speaking at the Big Tent Event in June down in Atlanta. A friend and I are making the trek down there, because I KNOW it will be a wonderful, inspiring event. Meet you there?

Thanks, Pam, for taking the time to reply, and so quickly!
It looks like the money to buy the book would be well-spent. Many of us pastor-types have to be on guard against bookaholism. God's best to you and the Sunnyvale Church as you express the love of God in Silicon Valley and beyond.
Grace and Peace,
Lowell

Hi, Pam,
I'm a pastor in the Buffalo, NY, area and very interested in connecting with teens and young adults in our area. Before I spend the money on "Unchristian" could you say in a few sentences what the point of the book is?
Thanks, Lowell Avery

Pam, Loved the video you put on the site. It had particular meaning for me, since today's presbytery event included a talk on evangelism by Eric Hoey (I think I got his name right); it was chock full of great ideas for starting an E conversation with "new" folks.
