What are you teaching? What department if you get the position? I will pray that you do and our prayer circle at Lagua is praying for you too. What do you write for the conservancy. Might be easier after Tuesday as the conservancy works with DC.
Leaving Monday at 6 am for Louisville. My first trip to headquarters. Orientation for new Stated Clerks. So I will get away. Did go to San Jose as a commissioner last summer; then to Snow Bird Ski resort for the Polity meeting of Stasted Clerks; now this trip to Louisville. Tough job being a Stated Clerk. Oddly enough I like the job almost as much as I enjoy being at Laguna. And the work and that are so different. Last 3 clerks were slightly unorganized so I am doing that fix-up as well as the regular on-going stuff. Sometimes dreary but most time challening. Position should end sometime this summer when we move into a shared staff with the presbytery in the southern part of NM. But that is another "As the World Turns" situation -- the shared staff.
What is you real address and your real email address. I will send you the 2009 Laguna calendar. Next May around my birthday (you got that hint, right?) it will be 10 years at Laguna. Not bad for a prposed 3 month fill is.

I have an initial phone interviewnext week for a faculty position at the college - PRAY for me...(I don't ask for that very often, from anyone).
How are things going for you outside of ministry?
My wife, daughter and I would love to come down and visit you perhaps next winter, or maybe just me sooner (depends on schedules).
